Documentaries lesson 1
We discussed in pairs about what a documentary is. A documentary is a form of media that is a film programme broadcasted on TV. However, it is factual rather than fictional. It's constructed in a factual way, meaning the information is based on facts. An example of a documentary about social issues is one of drug use of parents. It's about a rehab for families, like parents with children and it's the only one in the UK. it was broadcasted on BBC two and it's called 'Addicted Parents: Last Chance to Keep My Children'.
