Initial ideas and brainstorming
- An advert and a poster protesting and fighting for the rights of the minorities in society, or for females equal rights. It starts off with a girl listening to music on headphones and she's walking down a street, or in the underground. We hear her powerful, inspiring music through the headphones, then it fades to her imagination and we start to hear the music clearly. She imagines people shouting (muted) and they protest with campaign banners and it flows with the music. I'll have creative shots of someone's eyes and someone swishing sand above their head and make it slow motion to make it very intriguing. The music could be 'Imagine Dragons - Believer' or 'Katy Perry - Rise'. I got this idea whilst I was listening to 'Believer' in my headphones but my earphones are broken so it sounded faded away and from a distance, and the images of my idea started flashing in my head and it looks great in my head. My goal is to achieve what I imagined if I choose this idea.
- My second idea is to make 10 posters campaigning against inequality. Every poster will have a similar format, such as same placement of text, and same typeface. However, there will be different faces of the people that face inequality and the background colours will be different. The posters will be about inequalities, and prejudice like, racism, gender inequality and prejudice about people, race, religion and age etc.
I got my inspiration for idea 2 from these poster, and my teacher suggested that I make multiple posters.
