EDL, Favourite cut and more
I was the director, and I should have given more thought to the framing and looked at it properly on the camera and informed the cameraman about it. Additionally, I should have spoken louder, and remembered when the lines finished to say "cut" on time. However, we did the task the day we were given it and we got the scripts that same lesson too, so we didn't have enough time to memorise the lines and, and it was my first time directing. This isn't a huge issue, because it wasn't a film project that we had spent weeks on. It was for our own benefit so that we can practise editing. As well as improving a little on Premiere Pro, I also got to be the director for the group, and I have learnt from my mistakes.
I made the rough cut, and I currently, can't upload it on here, because it's saved in the Mac computer in college. My aim was to upload it here, but I forgot to do that after I was finished with my lessons for the day, and that was my fault. I should have put a reminder or written in my homework diary. From now on, I will use my homework diary to not repeat this mistake.

This is my favourite cut because it is a mid shot, and over the shoulder shot of the actor, and the shot portrays his emotion of sorrow. I like the close up of his hand.
My teacher, Paul watched my rough cut and gave me feedback on it. I then made the corrections to it. First, he told me that the characters were looking down too much (because they were reading the lines), and he said that it made sense that Leutrim looked down a lot, because his character was feeling sad, but Nadia's character was there to support him in the scene, so her looking down didn't seem right. Additionally, because we didn't use a mic when we filmed the shots, the audio wasn't the best quality, and one of the actor's voice was quiet, so I made the volume a bit higher in the first shot, where she talked very quietly, and it wasn't her fault, we should have used a mic.
